Update and patches

Updated the game a bit and fixed some bugs:
- Fixed a bug that allowed people to use the scroll wheel to click the planet
- Planet health can no longer go above 100%
- You can only buy "View Planet Health" once
- Updated the game with a "victory" condition for people who manage to go infinite (triggers at $10,000)
